The old IBM mantra was DAPIC - and you had to C-omplete something. Agile is like a merry go round where nobody ever finishes anything. With waterfall set in stone you got a rocket to the moon. I am certain developers now lead miserable lives where they have no clear overview of the end goals and are simply putting a nut on a bolt.
