This is an average image which I used to test someone else'e idea she had used an old image from Vogue. The only visible difference is the hairline.
If you did this with 2 pictures of yourself 5 years apart there would be subtle dfferences (ghost lines) in the image - like the hairline but also eyes, eyes, mouth etc. It is impossible to create an identical pose years apart.
