While investigating a cold case mystery in the Oslo Plaza in 1995 I came across a policeman who had been living in the hotel. He was in court in 1995 telling the jury that he was paying 1% interest per day to the polish mafia. He resorted to selling their drugs from the hotel.

To ensure he remained a good boy he said in court he was made to witness an assasination.
