Yes. Though I think there would be a need to understand the concepts in the code. For example if it uses APIs which require a business to register for them and pay a subscription. If for example the code might chose an API that costs $100/month but one exists for free or $10. How would the cost be addressed by AI? It might deliver the perfect but expensive solution. There may be a more affordable but less able solution - like the difference between GPT3 and GPT4. How would the AI comprehend financial limitations versus business advantage to spend the extra money to be successful. By way of a example imagine a doctor who builds code with AI to diagnose a patient's illness. With the GPT4 version he might be able to get it to read X-Rays and CT scans and result in a more accurate diagnosis. With the GPT3 version he might be only be able to read patient notes. How would AI assess the advantage of spending the extra $20/month?
